Please fix ASAP! Used to be a great app and still is to a certain extent, however the get tickets button and other core functionality doesn't work. My app is up to date and no error message is shown. Revealing if you've won a competition by 'scratching' part of the screen functionality has also stopped working. I cannot get priority tickets or find out if I've won any competition. Please fix ASAP!

Awful customer journey. App logged me out. Require dmeto sign backing. But couldn't just signing as normal. They needed to email me verification links. Even though I've had an account with them for years. Stuck in a loop of requesting a link and getting verified, only to have something go wrong their end and need to do it all again.

signed in to the app, also signed in to Ticketmaster. when I click to access presale tickets, I'm taken to the correct page on Ticketmaster, but all I get is 'sale happening now' and no way to buy tickets. I get the same problem for every gig I or show and I've never been able to buy presale tickets with O2 priority. no idea why it doesn't work: it just doesn't. defeats the point of even having the app and it's frustrating I've missed so many shows as a result of a glitch in the app I can't fix.
