It's ok but not the best. I find it very interesting that if I'm behind on a payment my area will have an outage for a few days. You can even see it on the fiber app, and I even get alerts and emails telling that there's an outage in the area that they are working to get fixed but it instantly clears up once I make the payment. Ever since they started their 3 gig download campaign my Internet has become spotty at best and I have to disconnect then connect all my devices multiple times a day.

Incredibly spotty and unreliable! The speeds on speed tests are incredible 600 Mbps downloads and over 100 Mbps uploads. But try playing a game of FIFA 23 on the PS5 and it will disconnect you before the games are over, or it will just be laggy to the point where it's almost impossible to play. Other streaming devices and services are also spotty. I called to the service desk and all they could tell me is that I need to have my consoles and pretty much all my tvs updated. That's a joke!!!

The redesign is nice and I appreciate that network outage notices are posted in it, but I haven't been able to manage my bill/payment for years in the app. "Could not load billing page. Please ensure that you are connected to the internet." Don't remember when that started but it's what always comes up. By extension, no ability to pay early like through the website, which doesn't really make sense either
