honestly I've had terrible customer service. The app is really shittily programmed as well. My first claim has been denied for missing document, they do not state what documents missing, they're also asking for a document from the middle of 2024, when in the bio it clearly states that our kitten is 3 months old. secondly I tried to make a another claim, I closed the amp to get some information, reopened it and it completely refreshed and lost everything. so now I have to start from scratch.

super user friendly and very responsive customer support app has a lot of potential - however having to select diagnosis which sometimes isn't listed/an option on the menu & your vet from the drop down menu needs more work, and having to submit medical records for every claim is a bit of a pain (i have to request soap notes everytime I submit a claim)

This review is about the app only, not about Petplan's service itself. The app is flat-out bad. It doesn't load half the time, regularly forgets my login information, and tends to freeze on blank screens when I try to do anything. When the app flow works as expected, it's good enough. It's easy to submit a claim, but impossible to find the forms you need (such as the *mandatory* veterinary history form).
