Messed up that the onboarding is backwards, they ask you to buy a business license, they ask for all kinds of info, Then do a background check last, its a generic automated bad one. 0/10, if I could give a lower score I Would. It will Not let you turn it on to see what fares you Might have unless you're literally in front of the store. Not even instacart is that dumb. It also bombards you with text notifications, even After typing STOP & receiving a text stating you have been unsubscribed. trash

Cannot log into my account. Driver support is not responding to my multiple emails. Every time I update my auto insurance in the app, my profile gets deactivated. This happens every single time and it's happened again. I've sent multiple emails to support with absolutely no response. I really don't know how to fix this and at this point I'm frustrated.

Needs to be able to pop up to the front and have a louder audible alert that overrides other apps. I can't count the number of orders I've missed because it fails to alert me of available orders while using apps like Maps, Messages or music. Interacts badly with Google Maps, frequent errors when tapping the direction button. Loses all the daily Today's History delivery data whenever you logout until you've finished making a new delivery. Today's History doesn't update post-delivery tips.
