I am really enjoying the benefit angi provides but still need some minor adjustments such as having the customer be able to give a more adequate description of what needs to be done and the proper time allowed. I know someone who has had an issue upon checkout that it has glitches and they were unable to check out and had to contact support but even then you aren't able to get someone on the phone it's a chat system. Overall, it has been a pleasant experience, and I will continue to use it.

There's so many things going on with this App . For one when a pro clicks on my way you get a error stating servers can't be reached then when you click it to check in there is a error failed to load jobs. Second issue is the support team doesn't really value the pros perspective of what we have to deal with adding time to a job. There's been many of times when there was no way of adding time to a job because they're just wasn't an option. End up staying 2 hours more to finish the job

This app has lots of bugs, and support doesn't offer to pass the info along so that the developers can fix the problem. I get error fetching jobs quite a bit when I have a job on my schedule for the day. I'm unable to start and stop a job. This usually happens after I click the on my way button and it has an error, after that the job can't be pulled up at all.
