It's really frustrating when you go above and beyond to get a job done and you only get compensated just for the original hours you were scheduled for not the extra hours you put in if the customer doesn't reply to the email to confirm it. Most customers don't even care about checking their email once the job is done. why not call them directly or check when I actually checked out from the job.

The app is very glitchy. I get "Angi app has stopped working" pop-ups all the time. The in app customer messaging system often fails to load, and doesn't always show all the messages from customers, especially the most recent ones. The jobs on the claim page can take forever to load up. I have had to reinstall the app 5 times at the request of the help desk agents to fix issues, which the reinstall has never worked to fix the problem. The payments page doesn't always show the current inform

I thought the based pay was on an hourly base. It's for the entire job, highway robbery. can people be expected to make a decent pay? It's like working for free. with gas and wear and tear of vehicle plus tools. plus not account what the app takes away if something goes wrong or cancelations, etc... I removed a job after finding that out, and it stated it they where going to hold 20$ that's a whole month of work of working for this app. and it was still within the 48hr period.
