Paid 10 dollar membership to get a cash advance, then was told they couldn't send it because I had previously retracted ACH permission. That's fine that they wouldn't give me an advance, so I asked for my membership fee back and they are refusing, saying that the membership isn't just to get advances. The advances are the only thing I use the app for BUT even if I wanted to use it for anything else, I no longer have access to it. Oh, and the customer service, HORRIBLE, slow and useless.

worthless app! 1st advance isnt instant. it takes like 5 days. but mine never came through. but grid sure pulled their membership fee! customer service is useless. they take forever to respond and only respond with "can you send me more info?" like...I sent you screenshot. DETAILED PARAGRAPHS...TIMELINES....I cant be any more thorough. Ultimately they said they didn't know what was wrong with their app and they can't help, and therefore I can't use their services. but again....they took the fee!

My account is under this email but it's been screwed up for a long time and nobody seems to be fixing it. yet you keep taking my subscription fee. I need my account fixed. I can't pull an advance bc it says I need to pay for the last one and shows I owe nothing. I've contacted support several times and nothing has been fixed. NOTHING!!! Either you guys don't care bc your making money from me or you don't care and don't know how to fix it. I've been dealing with this for over a month.
