I tried using the app and wanted to open my account with this one. I never liked the old app and it was from the 90s the app user interface never appealed me to go through but today I made an attempt to open an account with this one. The app opening animation isn't smooth and lags. The user interface could have been much more better. You can check all the emerging banks and their UI layouts like they are so much better. The user interface needs to be enhanced more. However, the attempt is nice.

1. Whenever I enter the PIN to open the app, it is visible as it pops up. It's a major security issue. There was no such problem in the previous app. 2. When I tried to change my mail ID, everything was fine but at the final stage an error message was showing that "the page was not found". I did this 5-6 times every time the same thing is happening. Fix these problems on an urgent basis.

Refreshing new app, easy to use, just one problem- the option to transfer has become a little complex. This option should be upfront at the beginning of the app, whereas we have scroll down and look for the "schedule transfer" option and select our requirements. it's a little tedious considering sending money is what the app is used for in maximum cases.
