the previous version of this app worked great. This version doesn't work well at all. if I want to adjust my heating aid to a particular level it could take up to five minutes of trying and missing the mark. i.e. I want to adjust to 16 I'll hit 17 then 12 the slider is very touchy. it's irritating and makes menot want to wear them. I'd call tech support but they'll just tell me to reconnect my hearing aids and I can do that without tech support.

I've worn hearing aids for close to a decade now, and the B2 plus models have the best sound of ANY hearing aids. That said, I'm extremely disappointed in their app for Android: Every adjustment except on/off and volume must be done through the app, but the app can't maintain Bluetooth connection. It's quite exhausting to keep rebooting the aids to re-establish the connection. Support says, "We're working on something". Nothing yet. EDIT: App updated, connects faster, still drops out though.

The overall app has a nice layout and is easy to use. Independent left and right controls would be nicer than a pan knob. Also, a 3 band EQ vs a tone knob. Downside, the recent update now requires a login just to change the volume or preset. I shouldn't have to create an account for such action. If there is premium support or whatever feature, then have the user sign in for those. It feels like I wasted my money. Please remove the sign in upon opening the app.
