The app is a good idea and has a nice layout. However, it freezes a ton when trying to send a message to a provider. It's honestly not worth having the app at that point when the website works just fine. Hope they fix that bug and them I'd give the app more stars. The other issue is that it's hard to navigate to your order tracking and updates within the app. It'd be nice if all of that info was available on one space.

Spent over 24 hours with this app. I tried over 20 times, different techniques to use the app. You have to start the process with selecting a category to begin and I timed one instance where I sat on the screen for OVER 20 mins. And the app just kept "thinking". Really great for people with anxiety and depression to have that section just keep rotating, giving us more anxiety about when it's ever going to start. And then put us down more after finally asking for help and it doesn't work correct.
