The Hungryroot service itself is GREAT. I love the food and how it arrives. The issue is with the app. It is always buggy, but for a while, I've been getting a message that says that there was an error because my most recent order failed to load. No matter what I do, that error pops up, and nothing else loads. I updated the app, hoping that it would fix the issue, and it hasn't. I use a Samsung S22 Ultra

The app is infinitely harder to use, not worth downloading. Ingredients are always out of stock leaving you with barely a meal instead of offering you an alternative ahead of time. Meals are not complete, half thought-out. The website has some variety offered but they only send you the same thing every week. All the app menus are slow to respond or try to load some kind of external page that refuses to load. Why have an app if it's just going to load web pages in a bad version of a browser?

Awful experience, will surely never use again! I even feel bad I told a friend to try to use it. Prices are way too high, I could spend $50 and get the same amount of items if not more than what you guys are charging $100 for. The money side is not transparent at all either... I had $50 in free credits and got a couple steaks (4oz each) and just some veggies and apparently it used up all my free money and still costed me $50 on top of that! But it doesn't tell you that at all. portion sizes suck
