Run from this card! 1. The app is horrible. I cant even add a bank account to pay because the option simply isnt there. 2. "Some error occurred" pops up when trying to open said app whenever it wants. 3. Customer service takes at least 3 weeks to reply 4. When CS does reply, no answers are given, just copy/paste answers from their FAQ. HORRIBLE everything! Do yourself a huge favor and dont mess with it. I want to pay my account off but I can't even do that! They report delinquency smoothly tho.

Support is an absolute 0. Have emailed them about 3 separate issues, got the same automated response they are looking at my issue. 0 response afterwards. one has been two weeks. Now, made a payment they removed from my bank account two days ago, still waiting for it to credit my payment to my card. Terrible customer service.

After messing around with the app I have decided to retract my previous 1 🌟 and change it to 4. I believe I have a better understanding of the app and how everything works. The extra security to view your card info is still annoying but I'll get used to it. Also, I would still love to be able to pay my credit card with my debit card. But, I'll just use Dollar General for the time being. 4 🌟 until I can use my debit card as a payment option to pay the credit card. Then 5 🌟 once changed.
