Great rates for a car loan. However, if you tell them you do not want overdraft, you do not want a single penny to come out of your account if it's even a penny over the cost, they will allow it anyway, even if it digs you a penny negative,l along with their$20+ charge digging you deeper along with a hit to your credit score. they make paying your car payment difficult from another account in the fact they wait literally a month or longer. I hate this bank.

I'd give it 5 stars, but it's been really difficult trying to re-establish the links for out-bound transfers. it seems the only way to verify & confirm transfers to another institution, now, is via Text. There is no cell service at our residence, so we can't receive texts. Customer service advised to disconnect until we have all the pertinent info together and start over from scratch. I enjoyed the convenience in the past and am sorry that "Plaid" can't serve your members needs better.

Nice app overall, with no real problems since I started using it almost three years ago. I'm just having few problems: Logging in with my fingerprint was not working consistently, but seems to be working better now. When I go to edit push notifications in the settings, it logs me out due to "inactivity." I am also logged off due to "inactivity" when attempting to view my messages.
