Ratings and reviews

IGP is totally unprofessional. They deliver random products instead of what you actually ordered and later claim the item was “out of stock.” Worst part—they replace it without even asking the customer! When we pay for something specific, we deserve that product, not a surprise replacement. Very disappointing experience.

Do not use this app, it might be great for some people' but its the worst app I've every used, I placed an order which needs to be delivered on 10th October between 7pm to 11pm and I get a call now at 4pm for delivery and when I told the delivery guy it's for a later time they just cancel the order and Customer service is missing no response on WhatsApp or anything. I am never using this again F&P is much better and worth it.. do not try something new until you do research about it.

THE WORST APP EVER. Don't even bother getting the app, unless you're ready to be utterly disappointed on your special day. Cakes are delivered upside down, flowers are delivered in the wrong colour and customer service is the worst part. No one will respond to you for days and the only solution they offer is small percentage to your IGP wallet. As if the fault isn't completely on their side and anyone would ever want to order from here again. 2 consecutive wrong orders and the shittiest service.
