Edit from 2 to 5⭐️. I guess bugs have been fixed. Everything worked perfectly again! Before the last review, things worked pretty good and have always been convenient. Glad things are back to normal!!!!! I'm not sure what's been updated between May and June, but I've had to uninstall and reinstall twice. I thought I'd try to use Livble so I'd have some extra cash, but it makes the app freeze. idk what's going on, but I don't like it!!! The third time was a charm getting it paid with echeck.

They charge a high percentage/fee to pay your rent using their service. They also have an option for Livable, an app supported to pay your rent in installments. It was a life saver to be able to pay my rent in installments one month. The problem is now this service is not offered in my State. The ads for them are still coming through on Innago's site.

Overall, a pretty good app for communicating with landlords. I like the simple layout, the autopay for rent, and the ease of submitting a maintenance request. My only gripe is sometimes the 'Chat' option disappears on mobile. It comes back eventually but it's pretty frustrating sometimes.
