Ratings and reviews

The interface is much worse aesthetically than the pure fitness app and makes you give extra permission to your phone and accept cookies because the app is just displaying a webpage. It's also missing features like booking and your getting your PIN. I don't know the organizational reason they had to use a different app with the switch, but I wish they could have at least retained the pure fitness app.

Seems more like an alpha+ version than a prod version. Very poor navigation and even the logo doesn't match the new gym name. The original app for Pure fitness had a clear simple to use interface and experience. This app causes more interaction to even enter the gym. Why do I need to see the welcome screen every time i open the app? I just want to get to my barcode.

I’m very disappointed with the new Blink Fitness app. There’s no way to access the gym without it—no app means no gym, which is very inconvenient. On top of that, it looks like they’re using a third-party service, which makes me worry my personal data is being sold. A gym membership should give easy, secure access, not force members into an app that limits use and raises privacy concerns.
