Horrible company, rent from literally anywhere else in Dubai if you can. I've used them 4-5 times now and it's always the same story. Their app is glitchy (so they ask you for your documents through multiple channels), they don't respect drop-off or pick-up times, they don't use the information in the application so will call you 3-4 times to ask for the same data, there is no communication between the departments so there is 1000 different numbers and no consistency, and they have hidden fees.

I have been a regular client to ezhire, but I have noticed recently, in the past few bookings, that the quality of their cars has dropped down. Often with technical issues and most disturbing part is the bad odor which has become unbearable. Their App also has become very difficult to deal with. First you can't do anything on the app unless your location is enabled, so the users are forced to locate themselves no matter what. Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended I had a very bad first experience with Ezhire. The whole process was complicated and frustrating. The car was not delivered on time, and the information provided was incorrect. Instead of being able to pick up and return the car at the agreed location, they asked me to go to another branch, which meant I had to pay for a taxi to get back home. Even worse, after delaying the delivery, they cancelled my booking 30 minutes after the delivery time
