What a useless app! Both the mobile app as well as its web-browser version keep throwing up an ORS_BC_1474 error due to a mismatch between the displayed payment amount and calculated payment amount!! Many a time, the interface to the payment gateway is broken!! No amount of complaints to either MSRTC helpline or to Ebixcash, the vendor for this app yields even a cursory reply, much less a remedy to the issue. The old web app was simple but very reliable!!

If we can give the negative mark I will definitely do. Earlier app is very good. Wherever new app will launching it will be better than Earlier. But in this case situation is totally reverse. For avoiding queue,time save please remove the bug. ID CARD can't update and again and again choose the seat go for payment and then screen shows there is a bug......very Very Faltuuu app

I booked ticket today, my amount was deducted. But ticket is not booked, it shows 'failed ticket' on app. I call customer care in contact detail option. Thankfully I got refunded. In addition they say don't book with this app use our website.
