the most pathetic service ever used. i wanted to re subscribe my sharing vibe , but application showed error multiple times. once my package got expired, i again subscribed it, and now i unable to add my friends to the list. I am having worst experience with this application. 1st package was not rolled over and now unable to add friends, i have taken screenshots for both.

It's been around multiple times that I have submitted complaints but neither have I gotten a response from them nor has the issue been resolved however the status of the complaint gets "Closed" every time. They are marketing that you will get subscriptions and add-ons but none of their feature are working. The app says code the voucher code however, I don't see any voucher code and as well as no guidelines have been provided on how to access/redeem any add-on subscriptions too.

Worst experience.. This app has so much bugs..first if you try to subscribe a package, they will deduct the amount from jazzcash but you'll not be subscribed (lost my previous data and minutes) even If you subscribe a package, you'll not get vouchers. App will not show any redeemable vouchers. If they solve one problem, you'll face a 2nd one then the 3rd and so on..
