Ratings and reviews

There are no instructions for how to use the app. For example, no explanation for what's supposed to be in the "From" & "To" fields when trying to book a flight. Any data entered in the field returns, "Hmmm... we couldn't find any results for [whatever data is entered, including city, state, airport, airport abbreviation, numbers, etc.]. You can also browse alphabetically." But exactly what or where the user is supposed to browse is not listed or explained. Pretty much worthless.

This app is pretty buggy and the UX is poorly designed. Says my fiance and I both have checked bags when it's only him, for example. Also won't keep me signed in or sign me in automatically (unlike other airlines' apps). Doesn't reliably update me on status changes for a flight, whether it's my own flight or one I selected to track. And to top it all off the HOME tab is just ads for partner companies and JB's other services. Serves no purpose at all for the user 🙄🙄

I can't book a flight nor use the app due to it not recognizing SMF as an airport and glitching. It's frustrating and will try again later. Zero stars! May be my device but there's no update. Says book up to a year in advance. Lies! I'll book elsewhere as it's intolerable for anything to not work in the 21st century.
