Didn't specify the need to get verified at the physical station. Already activated the account last January but delayed confirming seats due to previous conflicting arrangements. Now I can't proceed to payment because my account is not verified. At least send a follow-up reminder email for first-time users, after the activation email. Judging by the reviews, verification may also be a problem so hopefully I can get verified at the station without any delay.

so many issues during make payment through T&G..no notification will come to approve the payment. they have given the method but it does not work. please do something.. If I wanted to top-up in the morning, I will get notification in the evening. this is so freaking frustrating and I end up using TNG card

One of the most frustrating things you can ever experience is buying forward seats but happening getting backward, and these apps manage to make this happen continuously, it has been over 1 year for this issue and it still remains unsolved, fixed your app ktmb
