The app and lights worked excellently for about a year! I loved the color, the settings, etc. Suddenly, out of NOWHERE, the app stopped working completely!! The lights work, (like pressing the button still changes the automated colors and settings) but the customized options i had from the app are now non-existent. I tried clearing the cache, restarting my phone, uninstalling the app, I plugging the lights-- yet it still doesn't work.

Garbage. I don't know if it's the Bluetooth software used or the app but the lights will not stay on and when you do get them to stay on you can't turn them back off unless you Uninstall and reinstall the app I used to be able to get around that just by unplugging and plugging the lights back in but now that don't work and now I can get them to even turn on anymore. do not use any products from this company as they won't even take the time to fix the issues with thier own products and software.

Their app is a joke.. I un-installed 5 times, executed Their instructions, watched their videos, and the app still doesn't work. Their led lights are pretty cool IF you can get everything to work as advertised. I highly suggest you don't waste time or money, you will be dissatisfied and disappointed. On a final note, the how to videos that are included with the app, doesn't really help you especially if they don't have the correct product for you to watch and mimic their steps..
