I have had multiple issues using this app. Today I added items to my cart and then applied the related coupon at checkout, no issue at first. I went to another tab to reply to a text. This caused the Long Johns app to crash. So I reopened the app to find my order wiped out. So I added everything to my cart again. This time when checking out, I kept getting an error message when adding the coupon, that it was already in use on another order. I cleared my cache and data, same result. Sigh...

Used to use the app all the time, however the last few weeks even after updating the app you no longer have the option to order for pickup on the app. Even when you choose pick up and then choose the store it automatically changes to delivery. The manager at my local store says it's doing the same thing to him. Needs to be fixed.

They have an offer for free individual fries with a $5 purchase. Offer ends 7/06. Ive done this offer once about a month ago. Ive been through the menu loads of times. They removed the individual fries from the menu so they don't have to give out free fries! Ive taken screenshots. And just an FYI I don't need to update the app. Terrible scam!
