The camera and ID capture process is cumbersome, difficult for everage mwananchi. Been trying to capture the ID Image even in broad daylight ☀ and using better lighting but the image is not recognized. Improve your accessibility to the app. Make it a bit easier for Us to access. That selfie photo & ID Capture ain't necessary

I LOVED the previous Loop app. Super fast, user friendly & so easy to navigate. The new update has killed all that for me. I stood in line to pay, waited for the app to load the 'sign in' option. Another minute to get to the interface. I tried to check the balance in order to make the payment, it loaded again for another 2 mins & gave me a "no internet connection error". Loads everything slow & you'd be lucky to pay or check balance. You killed a good app NCBA! Fire that designer as well!

The app is so complicated and the constant changes on it make it hard to make quick transactions. For instance, I cannot locate the grow location which has some cash in it that I need. Please return the green app, it worked better. Navigating this is like walking in a maze
