Ratings and reviews

Glitchy and problematic. Often says items like fanta or tomato sauce "not available" which is ludicrous, they are always available. Same for My Deals, it will say for example "The McSmart meal is currently unavailable. Please remove". Another problem is that it keeps changing your pick up location as you drive past other locations even if you've set and saved your preferred location and placed your order, it will change it on you. Horrible app, extremely frustrating.

App is buggy. After putting in a delivery address it can ask you to select an address again and again in a loop. After going back to get out it can switch from delivery to pickup. Delivery fees are sometimes not shown until the end with a popup saying the total changed - tapping 'review' just goes back and shows the lower total with no delivery fees. Other delivery apps don't have these problems. Why does it feel like I'm fighting just to place the order correctly?

This app is useless and a waste of time. Ordered and payment couldn't go through. But the app didn't say that, instead it just said go to the restaurant. So then you had to waste time line up and wait for the preparation. Nothing wrong with payment too, used the same card to pay at counter. Must be the worst app I have ever seen. Time to go hungry jacks
