Great customer support! After a recent Samsung UI update, the app had some issues. The support team resolved the issue and also made some other nice feature updates to the app. I really appreciate this kind of tech support. In addition, my system has been installed in my home for a few years now and is still going strong. Only had to replace a hard drive, which I was able to do quite easily with an off the shelf HD. Great overall support and product!

These were an upgrade and I can definitely see a difference in video quality. Had a few hiccups, I highly recommend if you are like me, re running the B&C cables that come with it. I thought the ones I had were fine, during the day they were fine, but at night they would just shut off. After trial and error found the older cables weren't enough for the more powerful night vision on these.

Opening the app to see my 8 cameras shows no live view of all 8, just the boxes. Once you click on a camera box it streams the camera. My last home system showed all video views at once opened. Unless you know where the camera is one has to click on each box. I could be missing something, but this is my only issue. FEEDBACK, company reply works. No issue now and cameras are visible doing what they instructed.
