I sometimes have to scan my ticket multiple times before it tells me if it's a winner or not. Then if it's a loser, it asks if you want to enter it in the 2nd chance Reward pool, so I click yes but it doesn't go anywhere. After multiple attempts it finally entered them. It takes a LONG time to just check a couple tickets and enter them in the Rewards drawings if they are losers.

Check your tickets manually. There is some condition when scanning multiple tickets where the status is not updated and there is no error. I have seen this several times over the last couple years where the ticket had won a dollar or two but scanning results in "not a winner" if the previous ticket had that result. Definitely a serious problem.

I was scanning scratch tickets for entry points but when I started going through the holiday tickets, the tickets were not recognized. I continued to scan a few different types of holiday tickets when I was greeted with this: "You have been locked out for too many incorrect code entries. You may try again in 24 hours. If after 24 hours you continue to see this message it means you have been permanently locked out for too many incorrect code entries." Horrible app. Would never recommend.
