Worked great to get a prescription that should be over the counter, but requires a doctor. It's way easier than dealing with an in person doctor, and cheaper too. The process was not streamlined, but it was simple enough. I did have to turn dark mode off for my whole phone. No setting I could find for it in the app. Appointments section was completely unreadable when dark mode was on.

This is one of the most poorly functioning apps I've had the displeasure of using. Constant login issues. All family members have the same login, but all logins require a code from a specific email or text, so you have to be in live contact with the one person that has the email or phone number to get logged in. Sometimes, you have to go through the login process (with the codes) 2 or 3 times to get in. Website also is difficult to get into. I could add much more, but out of space...

Well I can't really rate the app itself bc it won't even allow me to create an account. It shows the sign in w user name and password & below says if you want to open account click on it, but it just keeps taking me to a blank page. if creating an account is this difficult to do, I am willing to bet the app has its issues as well. too bad. plus based on others reviews,it's not "free" either, but what is?
