Game apps will not open when you go through inboxdollars, both the app version and web version. I tried to submit a ticket, but you are required to submit a date, and since I downloaded the games yesterday and used yesterday's date, I'm not able to submit a ticket because "it can take 2-7 days to receive your rewards, please check back later," which I've tried to get around but can't. I'm not having issues with rewards, but the app itself!! The chat support AI is no help, either.

I have been using this app for a long time now and I recently just had an issue with it. I tried logging in today and I was locked out of my account! (Account was disabled). I am being forwarded to a company that I have never heard of before pertaining to this app and haven't gotten a response about the issue yet. I have money in my account and this is unacceptable! Nobody told us anything about Inbox Dollars being switched to another company or anything like that.

This app sucks. The surveys let you answer all the way to the end so they can harvest your data and then they screen you out so they don't have to pay you after almost completing the entire survey. the receipts aren't worth anything, unless you buy a specific product that a specific store and it is such a pain to scroll through everything. it is far too much work for the few pennies that you may or may not even get
