Game apps will not open when you go through inboxdollars, both the app version and web version. I tried to submit a ticket, but you are required to submit a date, and since I downloaded the games yesterday and used yesterday's date, I'm not able to submit a ticket because "it can take 2-7 days to receive your rewards, please check back later," which I've tried to get around but can't. I'm not having issues with rewards, but the app itself!! The chat support AI is no help, either.

This app sucks. The surveys let you answer all the way to the end so they can harvest your data and then they screen you out so they don't have to pay you after almost completing the entire survey. the receipts aren't worth anything, unless you buy a specific product that a specific store and it is such a pain to scroll through everything. it is far too much work for the few pennies that you may or may not even get

While this app is one of my favorites you need to watch games that have Bonus Levels. The levels have requirements and run in consecutive order with the regular ones. I have not received 3 of these. You can also watch your progress bar when you click on Arcade. it will tell you your next goal. However the big money disappears. What you need to do is pay out the money you owe people not update your app. I have filed out a complaint form for the $15 I didn't receive. Still no reply from you.
