It's a really great service, and has been extremely handy for hiring a cat sitter with peace of mind everything is safe and secure. You can do a meet and greet with the sitter you pick to make sure you are comfortable with them first before the actual appointment. The customer service is also really good, and I always received very timely responses. Overall I would quite recommend for anyone looking for a regular cat sitter or even if you just need it once or twice.

Very disappointed with the lack of transparency for this company. I wish the signups for being a sitter was more honest. The pre-screening has strange filler questions when they only care about availability. Even after making it through the whole application I was denied and encouraged to try again.. in a year. There should be more insight on availability in your area or type of experience needed to progress further. You can request more feedback, 3-5 day delay. Uninstalled, won't try again.

This app has had non stop issues repeatedly. They are always fixing something. But honestly it never gets better because another issue comes up soon after. They have another upgrade for this app. Let's see how long until another issue comes up. There are a few things they should do to make it more sitter usable and client friendly. There are often too many issues trying to give an adequate update to clients.
