The Merrick Bank goMobile app is optimized for your Android™ and is available 24/7 to all Merrick Bank customers. Our App allows you to access your account using your existing online Cardholder Center username and password.

it's just ok. got a $300 limit to start but it is SO VERY inconvenient that I have to call EVERY TIME I want to make a payment using my other credit card even paying a $6.95 fee. I should be able to make a payment anytime I want thru the app. I just got this card a few months ago and don't find this feature convenient at all. I will be paying it off and canceling it if this stays like this

It usually takes me 3 or more attempts to get the account to open. I will enter the correct password, use the option to see the password entered correctly. The app acts as if it is attempting to open but never opens. The logout won't work but the app never opens. I then close the app completely out and reopen. I will repeat this two or three times and then just give up. I have always been able to get into the application in time to make my payment but it is still frustrating.

I never leave reviews but feel compelled to do so now. This bank is horrible,run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Had an issue 2 months ago where they denied a transaction for going over the credit limit by less than $1. Then they arbitrarily hold on to your payments for 2 weeks before crediting your account. I've made 20 payments never been late, but they decided to put a hold on my payments despite the verification from the bank that they were paid. So I have to wait for 2 weeks!
