Ratings and reviews

Never signs you in the first time you try, or it takes forever. Navigating the app when you're in it seems simple, but when you click on something like "statements" - it takes you to a blank page or says there aren't any... it's so frustrating. You'd think a bank with as money as them could have an app that works.

All the other reviews are correct, this app never let's you log in, it always will just give you a generic "unable to log in, please try again later". The only way to access your account is to reset your password every time. Sorry, this is very unsettling and not good enough if you want people to entrust you with thosands of dollars, going to take my money elsewhere.

Horrible experience, to say the least. I can't even log into the app, due to the slow processing time of the 2FA function. It takes(no exaggeration) literally a hour before a 2FA code is sent to you. Sometimes, it's never sent to you, no matter if you force stop, uninstall the app, clear your cache and cookies on your browser, turn off your phone, use different devices, etc. etc. I've tried many other methods other than the ones listed as well, to no avail. Take your money elsewhere.
