Terrible. Looking to move my money into another brokerage. The app is difficult. Stock purchases are limited. I will play some speculative moves for fun sometimes, but when I go to sell a stock that I was able to purchase, all of a sudden I cannot sell it either by a glitch or by merrill's choice. Just got screwed out of thousands because of it. Still cannot get rid of the stock that I knew was going to dump, but it won't let me sell. Calling to have them correct this takes forever as well.

I had been with Fidelity for years, the company I work for swapped all our accounts to Merrill, I've had nothing but problems with pretty much every single aspect of this company since it's swapped. I setup my account on the main website, then downloaded this app to set it up, then used the password provided for the main website, which didn't work, and not only didn't work, but it locked both accounts and can't reset anything without calling the 800 number.

Easy to use and navigate. The only quibble, and it may be user error is having to drill down to actually see the investments tied to each account. It's in several levels and the information is nested pretty far into the view. I'm used to it so not a big deal. For trading, very easy. Maybe have it default to normal or extended hours depending upon the time of day.
