Every time I try to use the live preview feature, it says 'connection failed, device not connected.' The only way I can get it to work is by completely uninstalling the app, reinstalling it, and then reconnecting my device. However, as soon as I close the app and open it again, the same connection error returns. This issue makes the app unreliable and difficult to use.

I’m facing constant “connection failed” issues even though my internet is completely stable — I have a 100 Mbps Wi-Fi connection and a 5G mobile network, yet the app keeps showing “connection failed” most of the time. Sometimes it works, but mostly it doesn’t. I request the developer team to please fix this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise, there’s no point in installing CP Plus security camera at home if we can’t even access the live view properly through the app. please do something.

I m using the app from last 1.5 year older app was much better, After upgrade i can not see the motion alert videos properly it keeps on buffering. Update : after using couple of month i m also observing issue that i can not see playback of motion detection alerts. update : 29 Oct 2025 I can not see the playback videos of motion detection alerts. it is throwing the alarms but while trying to open and see it just loads and show no record.
