It's definitely, the worst services application ever done. The customer service is shockingly bad. They make it impossible to find a chat option, when you do, no one replies and they never fix your problem anyway. No phone number to call. I used this application for more than 3 years and it has been going backwards so far. They kept changing my usual cleaning appointment details with absolutely no consistency and with faulse confirmations. To justlife, a shame you lost your quality

I had a very disappointing experience with JustLife. From the start, their service fell short of expectations. The team arrived late without any notification, and the cleaning job itself was far below acceptable standards. Dust was left on surfaces, floors weren’t properly mopped, and they even missed several areas that were specifically requested to be cleaned. When I raised these issues with their customer service, I received little to no assistance. Overall, it felt like a waste of money.

Worthless service and disappointing. I used the app and their serice once and for the second time i scheduled a service at my convenient time and scheduled my day ocordingly. Shortly before the appointment they rescheduled it in justlife on their convenient without my approval. And the funny part was when i complained they were saying they rescheduled my session based on their convenient. Unacceptable. Im considering other apps with proper credibility.
