It's a nice and easy app to use , I think a few things can be improved, like the FAQ section, it should have information amount transactions, transaction limits for instant accounts , if it supports international remittance (receiving) or not, virtual card notification works great but instant account notification isnt that good because I always have to go to the app to see if the money sent has reflected.

You need to fix your app ... For the banking services it's good have no issues easy to use... But since the recent update I don't understand why it needs me to turn off my developer option just for one app ... Something I use to help my phone run better before I can use your app I need to disable it then reactivate it and do all my settings again... It's a stressful process... Fix it please

GCB mobile app is a true game-changer. Its seamless integration, user-friendly interface, and robust security measures has left an indelibly positive impression on me. The convenience of sending and receiving money on the go had been unparalleled until recently where I sent money into my account but the amount remained the same as it was prior to sending. I contacted their customer service through WhatsApp and everything was fixed within few minutes. I'm as stunned as a squirrel in headlights.
