this app is really giving me a tough time recently, I'm unable to reach the customer service on WhatsApp for almost a month now, and anytime I call the numbers no one picks up, the app is really bad and customer service is worse, i placed my money in the account because scammers were calling my line alot, only for my money to be locked up in the account, depositing money has no problem, but withdrawing it is a huge problem. A very bad app

Good work on your end. But after the latest update with the logo animation, whenever I open the GCB app it's stops my music playback as if it's an audio source of it's own. That's what I presume a bug. Another bug I've noticed is when I leave the app open in the recent screen and it logs me out due to inactivity, the app appears like I have just opened it, interrupting what ever you are using you device for to show you the login screen. Also, an option to send error logs in the app.

Customer service with this bank is trash! They either won't respond at all or just give you false information. They have my money locked up for almost a week now, and won't respond to my email or WhatsApp messages. On call, they say "It'll be fixed by the end of the day" when some of them don't even ask for my account number talkless of checking the cause of the problem. I really wish there was a better option representing the Nation.
