I bought a moes thermostat, seemed like very good quality. thermostat ended up being defective, but the app was HORRIBLE! It's a giant advertisement without any advantage to having it on your phone. I can't imagine the malware that comes with it that doesn't uninstall. It was hard to navigate, you have to search forever for simple items that should be available on the home page. I would seem it absolutely worthless.

I have more than a dozen smart switches throughout the house. Multiple brands. Moe's are the worst. They seem very frail in construction compared to the others. The LED is usually off sync. And the lights are often unresponsive to Google. They were the only ones that required no neutral wire which is why I bought them. The company is more interested in selling than supporting. There site doesn't even have the instruction manual available.

okay, thank God for this app + their Zigbee, z-wave, matter mesh hub. I bought a bunch of different devices, and tried all sorts of things to get the devices to work with each other (tuya's dev API, Hubitat, Alexa). No matter what, I would ultimately hit some sort of dead-end. This app + the hub have fixed all the random issues I was running into.
