Tips for a Better Donation Experience
1. Drink at least 12-to-24 ounces of water or a sports drink 30-to-60 minutes before your donation. Proper hydration helps ensure the procedure is well-tolerated and recovery is quicker.
2. Limit caffeinated beverages and milk on the day of your donation, as they reduce iron absorption and can elevate your pulse.
3. Avoid alcohol the day before and the day of your donation to prevent dehydration.
4. Avoid foods high in saturated fats and cholesterol the night before your donation, as they can make the donation process longer.
5. Get a good night’s rest before your donation to aid in quicker recovery.
6. Discontinue and avoid all tobacco products before donating, as they may increase your blood pressure and heart rate.

Can't log in and can't update my password!!! Even the online portal is acting up.. When I try to log in it says my username and password are wrong, and I know it's not!!! So I try to reset my password, I get the confirmation email, I click the link to change my password, and I use an uppercase, lowercase, special character, and a number, which is the minimum of 8 characters, and even tried over 8 characters nothing it keeps saying it doesn't match the minimum requirements..

Doesn't offer much as far as an app goes. If you can add the ability to complete the questionnaire on mobile, then check in once you get there i would give it 5 stars. A huge issue is the kiosk not responding and constantly being out of service. I'll see as many as 5/7 kiosk with an out of service sign at once. It is not unheard of to complete the questionnaire prior to donation as your competitors (i won't say any names XD) already have the functionality. So please, do us the favor and add it.

-just downloaded the new update and now it has a major bug. It won't even open. It crashes before it even gets that far. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. Getting a donation is easy, if not as often updated as the website had been with changes in options. But there used to be a text reminder about the exact time of donation and doesn't happen with the new system. Either a text reminder or even a link to add it to your phone calendar so you can set a reminder that way.
