App takes me to healthstreams. I have all my log in info correct. The help desk cant even help me, so I can only use it on a web browser, which is fine but more annoying. I just want the app to work. My password had expired and when they reset it, and I single sign on, it goes right to healthstreams demo for shiftwizard instead of going into the app.

Was a pretty decent app, but just like many other reviews it got updated and now never opens and only has loading dots that even when left alone for 15 minutes didn't load. Restarted, re-downloaded, used wifi / no wifi and just does not work. Not worth your time. If your company uses this do not expect much from it. If they can fix the issue I will probably update my review, but for now it's straight garbage

If I could give this app no stars I would. I have contacted them about the fact that I cannot log in no matter what I try (android, apple, uninstall then reinstall, letting other people successfully login, ect.) to no avail. I know I am using the correct username and password. I log onto the computer just fine. Customer service is terrible. Update: Today (12/22/20) was the first time with MONTHS OF TRYING that I could actually log in the app. 1 more star for the accomplishment.
