As other stated, why pay for something that was free? I get the costs for maintaining servers to store data, but $100/yr? That's robbery. Also, one of the features for the stupid fee states I can see individual panel production, but that's nowhere to be found in the app. And of course, they give you no way to contact them. WTH!? As for the app itself, when Sunstrong first took over, it was glitchy as hell. They fixed whatever issues they had and it works as it did before they took over.

The developers of this app are right away thieves. They have data about panels, but would not share it for free(and that not free, we paid dozens of thousands for panels!). they want money. and not reasonable $10 per year, but 100! unbelievable price. compare with Netflix, where you get terabait of data, and here, where you pull some data once per week!

Up until yesterday the application worked fine. Unfortunately, beginning, yesterday morning, it stopped connecting to my system. I can now not get any status information on my Solar System and I cannot get connections to the authors of the application because they require an account number to set up a user account. Unfortunately, I paid for the system outright and have no account number. Therefore, no way to contact the vendor. I am not very happy with this situation.
