The Narwal Freo app allows you to control the Narwal robots remotely, view its working status anytime you want, from anywhere you are.
Using this app, you can unlock the more advanced functions of Freo!

[Multiple Cleaning Modes]
Freo is equipped with 5 cleaning modes, including Freo Mode, Vacuum and Mop, Vacuum then Mop, so that you can choose the one that suits your floor the best.

[Customized Cleaning Plans]
Long story short, you can customize in any way you want! You get to decide the cleaning sequence, frequency, even the mopping pressure and moisture of the robot via this app, so that you can get the most flawless floor in just one click!

[Spot Cleaning]
Only one specific area is dirty? You can select that one place on the app, and Freo will head out to clean!

[Map Management]
Merge and divide rooms as you want! You can even set no-go zones to make sure Freo doesn't intrude!

[Customized Cleaning Reports]
At the end of each cleaning plan, you can see how Freo made your floor spotless through a customized and engaging short video!

Ratings and reviews

Great map tool to control Narwal. The FREO setting is an absolute must! Love the addition of saving multiple saved plans, multiple time settings, multiple floors maps, even reminders of those separately. Also a huge fan of the wetness controls. The ability the edit the default setting was a huge time saver. Love this robot!

Officially supported country and my app stopped working "The product is not available in your location ..." error. Even when they fix this won't change the rating since we are working on borrowed time if at any day the app can just stop working and we have no alternative

narwal flow robot doesn't detect a full bin, so it gets over-filled and then the home base is unable to vacuum it out of the robot robot can't detect a workout mat on the floor. it will climb up onto the black matt and start to vacuum (no problem), but then it thinks it is "suspended" and sends an error code. does this repeatedly. fix needs to either have it avoid workout mats or learn to detect and clean them. out of space, but there's more....
