Ratings and reviews

This new app is terrible. You took away the message capability, so now the only way to connect with your people onboard is to purchase wifi. The freestyle daily would be more helpful if you could actually click on a subject and be taken there. There is no search function in the excursion section, you can only sort. It would be helpful to get the main show schedule in advance since there is no way to make reservations. I will have to continue since I'm out of space.

Better UI than previous version, gives most information you need. But couple big problems once you are on board. One is security. You log in and out of app using only you name and birth date. NCL site password not available. Second is the way the Freestyle Daily program is presented. It used to be essentially a PDF of the printed program and simple to scroll in. In this version, they tried adding navigational elements that don't actually work. It says "tap to scroll" but nothing happens.

Horrible app. Should be called "Whoops, something went wrong". I have had nothing but connection issues with this app since I installed it. This should be the source of essential information while on your cruise, but I have had to rely on paper since the app is constantly crashing. It's to the point of looking for other cruise lines for my next trip. It's that frustrating.
