Only good for purchasing tickets. Nothing else. The location tracker barely works so you can't even plan when you should be at the bus stop, which defeats the main point of the app which is so that people don't have to get stuck in the rain or cold waiting for the bus. The buses are rarely on time (if they even bother showing up) so you constantly miss transfers. The schedule is constantly wrong, you are literally better off looking up bus routes on google maps. NOLA incompetency as a app

Edit 9/26/22 Okay, this is feeling like an attack on both locals and tourists. Getting rid of certain bus lines and also changing certain routes has now made it difficult for a lot of us to get to work. Many of us work downtown and now without certain buses, we have to walk more. The Le Pass UI is awful and convoluted. No easy way to buy multiple tickets. There's no PROPER tracking on the map. Just throw this app out and bring back Go Mobile.

Thank you for your feedback. In Le Pass, whenever you see an expected arrival time in green, it's based on the current GPS location of the bus, so it should be more accurate than before. We are planning improvements to the app and showing the actual location of buses on the map is at the top of our list and should be added in a matter of weeks.

Only useful if there are no issues. However, if a stop is closed, the info on which are closed are not reliably communicated (superbowl closed stops), bus drivers don't seem to follow set detours and you can end up waiting at a stop that is "open" but never get picked up. And if a bus has a detour, the tracking feature is useless as the busses are not tracked. Which makes it impossible to catch one.
