BAHL is not suitable at all if you heavily rely on online transactions through their mobile app. I've been using this app for some time now and hands down it's the slowest banking app I've ever come across. Everything loads slowly. User experience while transferring money and paying bills is also the worst. I was unable to pay a bill directly without having to add a payee to my account first, and it took me a while to figure it out because the app did not show any helpful messages.

The WORST Banking app I've ever used tried to sign up & login my account.. but Some error about the user name kept coming, changed the user name but error kept popping, went to their branch & even their staff wasn't able to login just kept sending me otps & one time passworda but still the same issue...TBH the most pathetic banking experience ever.....

When I open the app, it prompts me to update. I click on the "Update" button, which takes me to the Google Play Store, but there is no update available—only the "Uninstall" and "Open" options are shown. When I click "Open" from the Play Store, the app launches again but shows the same update prompt. Unfortunately, there's no option to dismiss or skip the update popup, so I’m stuck in a loop and unable to use the app at all. -- Thanks to Bank Al Habib — the issue was resolved the very next day.
