I have found the app to be slow, laggy and not intuitive. When you select a deal you then have to go order the items then at check out select the deal AGAIN! If you fail to notice that you get charged full price and don't get the deal because you didn't select it AGAIN! Also, when you select the deal the first time it asks if you are using it in store or in app. once you choose, there seems to be No Way To Change. like if you originally choose offer in app but then get there and decide to use t

Sadly there is one consistent failing of the app. The cancel order functions are iffy at best and you don't get a refund if they store can't fill your order. Like because they are out of food, or they had to shut for some reason. I know the app can't possibly track individual stores but the store can't cancel your order. So be aware, if the store can't fill your order and you press cancel your money is probably gone.

The deals are great. The app has issues, but what those are I can't tell them as the "App Feedback" button doesn't work, and their General Comments in customer support leads to a blank screen. (-2 stars to the programmer enjoying the silence.) I use it for the free coffee that sometimes loads and sometimes doesn't. Today it didn’t so I'm going elsewhere, even though I'd rather have gone to Del Taco. Figured I'd let them know through here, since that's not on option on the app.
