The worst parking payment experiences I've had including in person kiosk payments where th connection is flaky and you need to wait 15 minutes for it to reboot. Local kiosk was non functional and the app required a special account and only one of the two signups worked. Not only that, it took forever to find out you couldn't succeed on that path. We were there so long a little old man came out of nearby building to offer to help because it was notoriously bad.

Can no longer access my account. All suggestions from support does not solve the problems. What happened to this? It WAS great. This app, within hours, has become totally inoperable. Tried to reset password online and tho it accepts it, it rejects it when I try to use it. The app can no longer send emails or texts. Cannot even set up new account. Tried the uninstall/restart phone/reinstall but that didn't work either. Deactivated account and tried to start from the beginning - not happening.

This version of the app is AWFUL! Glitchy, doesn't refresh to show your current session. I've wound up having to double pay the meter out of fear of getting a $150 parking ticket because the new session didn't show up. This morning the parking space number isn't showing in my current session. The previous version of the app was SO MUCH BETTER. I'm ready to go back to using coins when my wallet is empty. Fix this hot mess of an app!!!
