I would likw start reporting this company , i took a loan - and paid it through bank transfer , however in the application it was not updating. I tried several times calling and emailing them but the response is not useful at all . My due dat has come and as per checking the apptgey charged me a late payment and the payment i paid 4 days before my due date is note yet appearing. I have been trying to call them , whatsapp and email . All emails that i am seeing but the response is no use at all

Very disappointed customer service is not good. Every time they said that our loan application process is fully automated, and each application is evaluated by the system only. Unfortunately, we are unable to approve any requests manually. If everything is automated so why you give us your email 🆔 I am your regular customer always I paid on time but I don't know my application was rejected very disappointed not recommended. And also we are paying high interest amount.

Im long time costumer with a good record, it's a big help in case of emergency easy and fast to get a loan.. thank you.. but the interest is getting a little high. I hope they make it a bit less also with the processing fees... and make the loan option higher, especially for those good payers with excellent records.
