One of the worst prepaid I've ever used. I accidently used this card instead of my main one since both cards are blue, for a transaction. They charged me a $1 for using it even though I had no funds. And I have to keep logging in with my credentials, the biometrics does not work. I wish plasma place would go back to BoA prepaid card, this one is the worst. Poor customer service. 8/26-Biometrics not consistent, like most banking apps. Thus I look at this company, as not stable nor secure.

Won't let me login with my Biometrics. I get an error message telling me to register my account and Biometrics. I've had this account for years. It has always worked, until a few days ago. Uninstalled and reinstalled with no better luck. I login with username and password and "enable touch ID" and "Enable Fast Balance". But they disable immediately upon logging out.

While the app is a good, simple model and easy to use, it seems that the current version does not ask for notification permissions or retain biometrics info. I also had to manually save my password info as it also did not request that automatically. So I can still use it just fine but it's got some bugs atm.
