I like Checkers, especially since they lowered prices. Their app needs work. I got an offer on my app where I can save $3 if I get to a certain level in a game. I was supposed to get to level 11. I downloaded, played, and got to level 16 within 30 minutes on Friday, May 2, 2025. I still haven't received my $3 off. I can't send messages on the app or website because it keeps asking for the address that I provide, but for some reason, Checkers doesn't acknowledge it, so I can't send messages.

Not having to wait through the regular line is nice. I wish they processed debit/credit transactions faster. Sometimes, it takes several days, and it's thrown my account off balance. The food is generally good, as is the service, and the speed. Any time there has been an issue, management took care of it promptly and usually gives a little extra.

Please add a didicated button on top for active Orders, once I place an order I can not find the page for that order to show the clerk. I have to take screenshot everytime. It would be also nice to have a notification of when the food is ready and that notification takes me to the order page that I can show, Otherwise .. it is a great app. Keep up the good work.
